In Sindhupalchok Chautara Sangachokgadhi Municipality Ward no. 5, Nutritional food has been distributed to 250 children of Chautara. The material has been distributed in coordination with the Lions Club of Kathmandu Sindhu Chautara City through Baliyo Nepal.
Under the sponsorship of Baliyo Nepal, Gyan Lito Pitho has been distributed to children in the age group of 6 months to 23 months. Atul Upadhyay, coordinator of Baliyo Nepal, said that the materials were distributed with the aim that the private sector should also cooperate in this as they will be a strong force of the future, if children from birth to 2 years of age are properly cared for.
Each child was given 30 packets of Lito Pitho along with a bowl and spoon. Sandesh Shrestha, president of Chautara City, said that such a program was organized because the current small investment in the field of children will get a big return in the future.
In the nutritional food distribution program, Mayor Krishna Prasad Sapkota of Chautara Sangachokgadhi Municipality, ward no. 5 Ward President Shiv Shrestha, President of Nepal Journalist Federation Sindhupalchok Jeevan Shrestha and others openly praised the program.
